Negative: The management system doesn't allow for quick resolution of problems The host has to ask the owner to respond. Not good enough when we have already paid for the facilities. Eg clothes dryer didn't work at all, instructions for cooktop were inadequate, no oven, faulty microwave So we basically couldn't cook which is why we paid for an apartment
